These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TreePros (gotreepros.com) and the quote-matching service we provide. By using our site or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms.

What we do

TreePros is a lead-matching service. We connect homeowners who need tree-service work with independent local tree-service professionals ("Service Pros") who may quote and perform that work. We do not perform tree services directly. All work performed pursuant to a match is performed solely by the Service Pro you select, under their own license, insurance, and terms.

Quote request submissions

When you submit a quote request, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to request work for the property in question (e.g., you own it, lease it with appropriate permission, or are authorized to act on behalf of an owner).

You authorize us to share the information you submit with our network of home-services professionals (which may include third-party lead networks) for the purpose of providing you with quotes.

No warranty on Service Pros

We screen Service Pros for current insurance and credentials at the time of network admission. We do not guarantee the quality, timing, pricing, or outcome of any work performed by a Service Pro. Any contract for tree-service work is solely between you and the Service Pro you select.

We strongly recommend you (1) verify the Service Pro's current insurance certificate before work day, (2) get the scope and price in writing, and (3) confirm permit responsibility before any tree work begins. Local tree ordinances vary widely.

Communication consent (TCPA)

When you submit a quote request, you expressly consent to receive communications about your project from TreePros and our partner network of home-services professionals via the contact information you provided. This includes automated calls, pre-recorded voice messages, SMS/text messages, and email. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt out at any time. Disclaimer of warranties

OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TREEPROS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICE OR FROM ANY WORK PERFORMED BY A SERVICE PRO.

Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
